The Relevance of this Document

During the invasion of Ukraine, Russia committed several errors that ultimately cost them a quick victory. These mistakes had to do in part with intelligence failures but also with what some analysits believe was due to their doctrine. This document thus provides an insight into the way of making war of Russia and why their initial invasion plan failed.
